Height Pills Don't Work! Exercises Do! Here's How to Grow Taller!

Many people turn to the aid of harmful hormone pills and injections just to add inches to your height. Height pills or growth supplements are just myths as most of them, if not, all of them do not work. They would only yield short and long term side effects. What really works to increase your height is doing exercises coupled with correct dieting. While it is true that height increase slows down especially after puberty, it does not necessarily stops. People can still grow taller even if they are already adults just by doing regular exercises and right dietary habits.

Working out or exercising regularly strengthens your spinal cord and helps you keep the right body posture without having to rely on height pills that do not work. Exercising or working out does not require a gym or exhausting physical work. In fact, simple daily activities can be considered as forms of exercises. Walking is a form of exercise and can be a way to increase height especially if you place the entire foot on the ground. Sitting up straight is just as an effective method of adding inches to your height. All you have to do is sit up straight while reading, writing, or working.

Instead of resorting to height pills or growth supplements to increase your height, it is better to start having the right dietary habits. These habits include drinking a lot of milk and taking as much milk products as you can. More so, it is not enough to eat balanced meals; meals should be taken on proper time, avoiding excess fat and carbohydrates. It is advisable to eat food rich in whey protein as it is a good source of adding inches to your height.
